Invited Speech and Lectures:

Regular speaker at many professional conventions and conferences. Some important contributions are listed below:

• Invited as a speaker at 62nd Indian Pharmaceutical Congress 2010 [IPC 2010] organised by IHPA at Manipal University, India. Topic: “Role of pharmacy professional organisations in development of the profession: Indian and Global Perspective”.
• Delivered lecture on “Outlook of industry & research in Herbal” at Dept. of Chemistry, Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat on December 2007 as invited resource person by “ALACHEM” – The Alumni Association of Chemistry Department.
• Speaker at plenary sessions in Regulatory pharmacy symposia at World Pharmacy Congress 2003. Annual congress of International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) at Sydney, Australia.

Regular contribution to professional development activities:

1. Selected in High level Study group being sent to Lisbon, Portugal by Indian Host Committee of World Pharmacy Congress of International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP). The study group composed of 15 experts from different fields would attend and monitor FIP World Congress 2010 during 28^th Aug to 2^nd Sept 2010 and would give their inputs for organization of FIP Congress 2011.
2. Contributed in establishing National level students’ body: IPA- Students’ Forum [IPA-SF] as Founder Member.

• Continually working for overall development of profession and students by undertaking and organizing various International and National events and projects.

1. Served as Co-Chairperson of Transport Committee of 61^st Indian Pharmaceutical Congress 2009 held at Nirma University, Ahmadabad, India.
2. Served as Web-Coordinator of 61^st Indian Pharmaceutical Congress 2009 held at Nirma University, Ahmadabad, India. Successfully coordinated the web-development, promotion and maintenance of this National mega-event. The website handled online registration & payment of more than 8000 delegates. First time in history of IPC, live Web-casting was done successfully for benefit of national and international professionals.
3. Organized 1^st PharmaGujFest 2009 as Event Coordinator. IPA-Students’ Forum, Gujarat wing organized annual state level event for Pharmacy students of Guajrat. Successful pioneering event had participation of 700+ delegates from more than 25 colleges of Gujarat state for 21 competitions.
4. Delivered three invited speech at state level on various topics of pharmacy profession and global scenario.
5. 7. Contributed as subject expert in Panel Discussion on Role of Pharmacist in Health care system- Organized by IPA Baroda branch, December 2006.
6. 8. Contributed to 1^st National IPA – CPD Convention ’06, Pune, as Students’ events coordinator.
7. Organized “Good Pharmacy Practice Workshop” in association with IPA- Community Pharmacy Division as Chief-coordinator. 24^th September 2006.
